Alison's work is informed through a background in Human Resources, Operations, Sales & Marketing, & is also a certified Energy Leadership coach through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching. After 4 failed business launch attempts between 2017-2019, she found the magic ingredient-which is that: “Joy is the Best Business Strategy.” She is passionate about guiding her clients to find this joy in their life & their business, to allow their intuition to guide the way & teaching them the tangible skills to execute on the path to what she calls Soulful Success. Since October 2019, Proffit Coach has touched the lives of thousands of leaders through 1:1 & group coaching, speaking events, SBDC workshops, podcasts & through impromptu conversations with strangers who became friends.
